Vivian Lee Participates in DesignTO Ideas Forum: Architecture of Imagined Spaces

Vivian Lee participated in the DesignTO Ideas Forum Architecture of Imagined Spaces, presented in partnership with the Toronto Society of Architects as part of the DesignTO Festival. The event brings together a series of short-form presentations exploring contemporary relationships between architecture, digital environments, and virtual spatial production.

The Ideas Forum is structured around rapid, image-led presentations that examine how architectural thinking is being reshaped by digital tools, simulation, and virtual worlds. The 2024 edition focuses on the intersection between real and virtual built environments, asking how design practices are expanding into computational, immersive, and speculative domains.

LAMAS’ participation reflects its ongoing research into architectural representation and computational processes, particularly in relation to image-making, digital systems, and evolving modes of design authorship. Within this context, the work engages broader questions around how architecture is conceptualized and communicated across physical and virtual spaces.
