Virgin Vineyard House – OAA Award Winner

LAMAS Architecture has received a Design Excellence Award from the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) for the Virgin Vineyard House.

The OAA’s Design Excellence Awards recognize projects by Ontario architects that demonstrate innovation, strong design thinking, and meaningful engagement with context.

Situated in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, the Virgin Vineyard House is conceived as a linear dwelling that brings together three generations, balancing shared and private spaces while framing views of the surrounding vineyard and Lake Massawippi.

The project reflects LAMAS’s approach to architecture through material restraint, local construction methods, and a close reading of landscape and vernacular form.

More information about the award and project is available through the OAA.
