Le Spa Manoir Hovey Receives Two Gold Certifications at the Grands Prix du Design

Le Spa Manoir Hovey has received Gold Certifications at the 18th edition of the Grands Prix du Design. Located in North Hatley, Quebec, the project was recognized in both the Commercial Building / Hotel & Resort and Public Building / Sports & Leisure Building categories.

The Grands Prix du Design celebrates excellence across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and related design disciplines. The dual recognition highlights Le Spa Manoir Hovey's integration of wellness programming, hospitality design, and architectural response to the historic Manoir Hovey estate and its lakeside setting on Lake Massawippi.

The project draws inspiration from the original summer home for Henry Atkinson, built in 1900, while introducing a contemporary architectural language. Embedded within the site's sloping terrain, the spa combines thermal circuits, relaxation spaces, luxury suites, and outdoor wellness amenities.
