Le Spa Manoir Hovey Awarded Bronze at the 2025 ADC Awards in Spa, Fitness & Gym Interior Design

Le Spa Manoir Hovey has received a Bronze Award in the Spa, Fitness & Gym Interior Design category at the ADC Awards (IADA 2025). The project is included in the awards programme’s international selection of built work recognized for excellence in interior design, craftsmanship, and spatial innovation within wellness environments.

The ADC Awards highlight outstanding work across architecture, interiors, and design disciplines, with entries evaluated for concept, execution, and material quality. In this context, Le Spa Manoir Hovey is presented as part of a broader field of contemporary wellness interiors that emphasize experiential sequencing, atmospheric control, and integration of architecture with landscape.

The project is described through its transformation of the historic Manoir Hovey estate in Quebec’s Eastern Townships into a contemporary spa destination. The design engages the site’s steep lakeside topography and heritage architecture, incorporating colonnades, vaulted interiors, and a multi-level thermal circuit that includes pools, saunas, and relaxation spaces oriented toward Lake Massawippi.

The recognition reflects LAMAS’ ongoing approach to hospitality and wellness architecture, where historic context, material expression, and sensory experience are combined to create immersive environments grounded in site-specific conditions and regional landscape references.
